This dressing features a superabsorbent core with high retention capacity and a hypoallergenic polypropylene outer layer, usable on either side for ease of application. Free from adhesives and pharmacological agents, it reduces allergic risks while absorbing and retaining exudate to maintain a healthy wound environment. Its flexible design fits contoured areas like toes and heels, making it ideal for wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers, decubitus ulcers, and postoperative wounds.
